Sketches of Amsterdam

I need to get away…I having been looking through my sketchbooks of Amsterdam…it’s so beautiful in the Springtime :)

I have several artist friends. They all have shelves of sketchbooks. I'm in awe of them. I think they should publish a page a day. (I'd do it for them. They seem embarrassed by the idea, "Why would anyone want to see these?" A designer friend throws his away when the job is done. I beg him to give them to me and I'll take car of them.

Wonderful sketches :-) I love the one with the bridge and the boat.

Amsterdam is only a plane ride away... go for it!!! You should also visit Bruges -- it's a beautiful city :-)

Amsterdam is such a beautiful city. I try to go through there every year on the way to the Koln shown. Love your blog!
