ah, I am hoping to downsize to a condo this month! We will know more next week. I have to live with the furniture I now have until our home sells, which could be years!! SOOOO, I will probably be frustrated with my furniture.
I so believe in the built in theory. Having custom built in pieces is a must when your talking about a small space.
