Wow totally great vision, talent, and ability to be able to show such dramatically different looks on the same base facade.

I'll take it on the beach any style. But down here most new beach houses have to be on stilts which have to be managed into the design.

Michelle great work. I agree with Dale I love the fourth, very clean and sophisticated look!

What about the client's chosen view? What is the style?

Thanks Karena...they chose one close to #4, but lighter gray and expanded landing/deck.
