I Love the photos and direction your art is going in. When I take photos of my samples I try and use a flash that I can change the direct of. Even an updated camera might help. I bought my wife a canon elf last year and she takes amazing pictures with it and they cost under $200. Keep up the great work!!!
Sounds like a great way to spend ANY day, not just a rainy day :-)
Those new/old chairs were a real steal!! Looking forward to seeing what you do with the table -- I love nailhead trim :-)
Wow, you've become a painting machine!! You should get in touch with Matt LeBlanc about how to photograph artwork. He might have some tips for you.
I've got a huge to-do list for this weekend -- including getting started on some Christmas stuff. I've only bought two gifts so far... EEEK!!! I need to write a huge shopping list too!!
It is a good thing to break out of the box and let go! I will photograph some of my art to post tomorrow, I find natural light is the best for the images.
I'm Michelle, a Vancouver Island based Interior Designer looking to nature for inspiration, with a passion for interiors, renderings, and painting. I work with homeowners and designers, having rendered nurseries, front doors...even the Capitol Building!
It's been a pleasure creating perspectives for framing, stationery packages, client thank you's, and unique gifts. The drawings can also be effective presentation tools, allowing designers and their clients to take a peek at the conceptual space.
Being an Interior Designer, I understand the constraints of the field, and will work with you to create timely, effective communication tools. As my Interior Design client, you benefit from drawings that give you important insight into your project.
Or...from a simple photo I can create a unique gift...I don't think the scope has ever been the same for more than one project!
Private workshops, painting and e-design projects are also keeping me busy. It's a Schematic Life, and it's my life...always changing, and that's just the way I like it!
Contact me for a design consultation, custom artwork or rendering.

Michelle, these are beautiful! I love the red.
Now that is a departure from your colors.
Beautiful. love them. Made me feel happy on this rainy cloudy day over here.
Great color, Michelle.

These pieces are fantastic, Michelle - actually quite feminine (at least to me).
