We have made our plans for Amsterdam! I am so excited. Ray, Kim and Debbie will be joining me this year; so may times I have wished that I had friends to share the experience with. We are staying in an apt. for less than 800 euros for the 11 day stay...really good price. 
I have stayed in the no frills apt. before; its between the Overtoom and the Kinkerstraat, and only minutes away from all services.
Can't wait...
